General updates (#5)

* Add wire posts

* Add wire posts for the thumb.

* Move teensy screw insert back

* Thicken wire posts

* Add model

* Add in a projection for the bottom plate

* Improved (but not perfect) support for Maltron spacings

* Factor out the common code in key-place and key-position

* Add another screw insert for a standard-size Teensy

* Create a left-side model

* 5x6 version with less tenting
